Text Messaging Terms

Program: Alpha Edison operates a text messaging program for business communications.

Program description: We send text messages only to people who have an existing business relationship with Alpha Edison, who have provided their mobile number, and who have consented to receive them. Messages relate to scheduling, meeting confirmations, document and transaction logistics, and time-sensitive operational follow-ups. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not typically use text messaging to offer or solicit any investment.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on the nature of our ongoing business relationship with you. Messages are not sent on a fixed recurring schedule.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Alpha Edison does not charge for participation; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply.

How to opt out: Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any message will stop further messages from that number. This is handled automatically by the mobile carriers. You may also tell us by any other means that you no longer wish to receive text messages, and we will honor that request. Reply START to resume.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Mobile information is handled in accordance with this Data Protection & Privacy Policy, available at alphaedison.com/data-protection-privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Record keeping: Business communications to and from Alpha Edison personnel, including text messages, are archived and retained as required by applicable securities regulations.
