Mr. Miller currently serves as CEO of G100 Companies a group of various private forums for the CEO’s and other C-Suite Executives of leading public companies and private equity firms. He also serves as CEO of SSA & Company, a leading operational improvement consulting firm. Each of these companies is privately held in a partnership controlled by Mr. Miller.

Previously, Mr. Miller served as the President of the Hyatt Hotels and Resorts Corporation, and prior to that as CEO of United Infrastructure Company a company owned by Peter Kiewit and Sons, and Bechtel Enterprises dedicated to infrastructure acquisition, development, and operation. His early career was as a founding partner of The John Buck Company a Chicago based real estate brokerage, management, and development company.

Mr. Miller currently serves on the board of directors of NYSE listed Snap Inc., a leading social media company and QTS, Inc. a cloud services and data storage company. In addition, he serves on the private company boards of Red Ventures a leading digital marketing company and AlphaEdison a substantial new venture firm in Los Angeles. Additionally, Mr. Miller previously served as Special Advisor to General Atlantic.

Mr. Miller received his undergraduate at Stanford University and his MBA at the University of Chicago Business School. He is a resident of Old Snowmass Colorado and is the father of three grown children.
